Welcome to Martini Moment Photo Booths (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [martinimomentphotobooths.com] (“Site”) and our photo booth rental services (“Services”). By accessing our Site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Services

We provide luxury open-air DSLR photo booth rentals for weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations. Details of packages, pricing, and add-ons are listed on our Site or in your booking agreement.

2. Bookings & Payments

A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer (deposit) are required to secure your event date. Remaining balances are due no later than 30 days before the event, unless otherwise stated in your invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 30 days before your event, you may apply your deposit toward a future booking within 12 months.

Cancellations within 30 days of your event are non-refundable. If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, illness, emergencies), you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.

4. Event Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing:

Adequate space, power source, and venue access for setup and operation of the booth.

Coverage from weather conditions if the event is outdoors.
We reserve the right to stop or deny service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

5. Photo Usage & Ownership

Guests will have access to digital galleries and/or prints depending on the package. We retain the right to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing) unless you request otherwise in writing before your event. You may use your event photos for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Conduct

The client is responsible for the behavior of guests using the booth. We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, intoxication, or neglect. If guests act in a way that endangers our staff or equipment, service may be stopped without refund.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for your booking.

8. Website Use

By using our Site, you agree not to:

Copy or misuse any content, images, or branding.

Attempt to interfere with security features or the operation of the Site.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Pueblo County, Colorado.
