6-12 months ahead is ideal, especially for Colorado wedding season and the holidays. But if your event is sooner, reach out — we may still have room to create your Martini Moment. 🥂 Secure your date before the calendar fills up!

How much does a Martini Moment Photo Booth experience cost?

Our experiences are thoughtfully designed to reflect the level of quality, detail, and seamless execution we’re known for. Most couples invest between $1,200–$2,000+, depending on the experience, enhancements, and event details.

What's included in your packaging?

Unlimited photo sessions, instant prints & digitals, luxury envelopes, a shareable online gallery, set up and tear down, and a professional booth host — all powered by our luxury DSLR (high-quality) open-air setup for flawless images.

Do you offer customizable packages?

Yes — every event is different, and your experience can be tailored to match your vision. From timing to enhancements, we’ll guide you through options that feel aligned with your event and guest experience.

Can we book even if we don’t have all the details finalized?

Absolutely. Most couples secure their date first, then finalize details like timing, guest count, and enhancements as the event approaches.

Do you stay with the booth the entire time?

Yes! A trained booth host stays on-site the entire time to help guests, manage the line, fix props, and make sure everything runs flawlessly. You’ll never be left on your own — we handle everything.

How fast do we get our photos?

Instantly - under 10 seconds ! Guests get their photos printed on the spot and receive digital copies right away. Plus, they will be given a luxury envelope to keep their memories safe all night long! AND, you also get an online gallery delivered within 24–48 hours.

Can I customize my photo template?

Absolutely. We’ll design your overlay to match your colors, theme, or branding so every print feels like it was made just for your event. 💌

How much space do you need?

About a 10’x10’ space with a nearby outlet. Just enough room for the glam, the laughter, and those unforgettable Martini Moments. Have a unique venue in Colorado? We’ll help make it work.

Do you travel outside of Colorado Springs or Pueblo?

Yes, we travel! We happily bring the booth beyond Colorado Springs or Pueblo. Travel fees may apply for events outside our service radius, but the memories are always worth it.

What happens after I inquire?

After you send your event details, we confirm your date availability, send a personalized proposal, and a booking link. We are here to answer any of your questions and ensure a seamless experience.

Are you insured?

Yes! We’re fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance to your venue upon request.
