Booking + Pricing
How much does a Martini Moment wedding experience cost?
Wedding photo booth experiences begin at $1,200, with pricing depending on the booth style, coverage time, and enhancements you choose.
From classic color prints to our signature black-and-white Glam experience, enclosed booths, keychain keepsakes, video messages, and editorial upgrades, we'll help you choose what makes sense for your wedding rather than loading your package with things you don't need.
How far in advance should we book?
If you know you want Martini Moment at your wedding or event, we recommend securing your date as soon as you're ready. Popular Saturdays and holiday dates can book well in advance.
Have a last-minute event? Reach out anyway. If the date is available, we'd love to be there.
Can we book before we know every detail?
Absolutely. You don't need your timeline, backdrop, print design, or every enhancement decided before reserving your date.
Secure the date first. We'll work through the creative and logistical details with you as the event gets closer.
What is required to reserve our date?
Your signed agreement and retainer officially reserve Martini Moment for your event. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding and we also offer flexible payment options.
The Experience
What's included with a wedding photo booth?
Every experience is a little different, but our wedding booths are designed to feel complete from the beginning — professional equipment, custom design, unlimited sessions during your booked time, attendants, digital sharing, and an online gallery.
Print experiences also include on-site printing and the thoughtful finishing details that make those photos feel like keepsakes, not disposable photo booth strips.
What's the difference between Glam, Essential, and Enclosed?
Glam is our signature black-and-white portrait experience with smoothing and a polished, editorial feel.
Essential is our classic color experience — vibrant, flattering, and designed to capture the energy of the night.
Enclosed gives you that private, nostalgic step-inside-a-photo-booth feeling with a more elevated finish.
Do you stay with the booth?
Yes. Attended experiences include a Martini Moment hosts who stay with the booth, guides guests, keeps everything looking beautiful, and handles the experience from beginning to end.
You should be enjoying your event — not troubleshooting your photo booth.
How quickly do guests get their photos?
Right away. Guests can receive their prints during the event and digitally share their images when connectivity allows.
You'll also receive an online gallery after the event so you can see all the moments you missed while you were busy celebrating.
Making It Yours
Can the photo booth match our wedding or event?
Yes — and we think it should.
Your print design is customized to complement your event, and depending on the experience, we can incorporate backdrop choices, draping, your mood board, custom props, and other details so the booth feels intentional in the room.
What can we add to our experience?
Depending on your booth, enhancements can include our Spotlight upgrade, keychain keepsakes, a video guest book, guest books, upgraded draping, personalized props, photo sleeves, cocktail roaming, and other custom touches.

Do you create custom experiences for corporate events?
Yes. Corporate experiences can go far beyond a traditional photo booth and may include custom branding, data capture, calls to action, AI transformations, trading cards, roaming photography, headshots, and other interactive concepts.
We build around the event, the audience, and what you want guests to do, share, or remember.
Setup + Logistics
How much space do you need?
Space requirements depend on the experience. For most open-air setups, approximately 10' × 10' x 10' gives us comfortable room for the booth, backdrop, lighting, guests, and safe traffic flow.
If your venue has a tighter or unusual layout, send us the details. We'll help determine the best placement.
Where should we put the photo booth?
Somewhere your guests naturally pass throughout the night. Visibility matters. A beautiful booth hidden down a hallway can't become part of the energy of your reception.
We love being near the action without interfering with dinner, dancing, or important reception moments. We're happy to coordinate placement with you, your planner, or your venue.
Do you travel?
Yes. Martini Moment serves weddings and events throughout Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Monument, Larkspur, Castle Rock, Denver, Estes Park, and destinations across Colorado's Front Range.
Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.
Are you insured?
Yes. Martini Moment is insured, and a Certificate of Insurance can be provided to your venue when required.
